New York, NY – for immediate release - Rohdie Group LLC, a New York-based residential real estate development and management company, will officially break ground on the construction of an apartment community in Delray Beach Florida.  The community will be known as Blu Atlantic Apartment Homes.  The estimated opening of the leasing center is slated for June 2013.

About Rohdie Group LLC

           Rohdie Group LLC was founded by Robert Rohdie and a group of veteran professionals to develop multifamily, for-rent residential communities in the southeastern United States. These communities will range in size from 200+ apartments to 350+ apartments.   Rohdie and his team have developed over 30,000 apartments in the last 25 years in residential areas throughout the southeast.

           Convinced that there is great opportunity to create vibrant, thriving residential for-lease communities, Rohdie Group has historically offered the public luxurious product at an economical price.
