In today’s market, property owners are experiencing challenges with cash flow, delinquencies, rising utility costs, inventory absorption, concessions and working with a reduced labor force. From an investment perspective, a difficult capital market, coupled with decreasing property values, are challenging to any owner.  We respond strategically to these market conditions while communicating effectively with the on-site teams.  

As principal owners of multifamily real estate properties, Rohdie manages its clients’ assets with the same level of commitment and care. The combination of an owner’s watchful eye and a select group of assets under management helps Rohdie analyze expenditures and revenue sources from an owner’s perspective to ensure that every dollar is strategically reviewed for optimal performance. Rohdie will not manage properties where it believes there exists a conflict of interest.
